About Us

Sarah Wells and Jennilee Stocker are students enrolled in the Accelerated Master’s of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Vermont (UVM). They are conducting a research study on athletes and Intuitive Eating for their master’s research project. They are interested in studying the relationship between sports nutrition and intuitive eating, and are conducting a 5-week long study in which participants will use social media tools that were created by them on Instagram to learn about sports nutrition and intuitive eating. They recruited college athletes at UVM, both club and varsity (D1), to partake in this study.
